From October 10-14, guests enjoyed sampling a special menu curated by Chilean guest chef Matias Mardones, who flown to Manila to serve their national specialties from the north, center and the south of Chile. Nine talented bartenders from different established hotels and bars in the country competed for the title but Jeremie Benisano from Gallery by Chele bagged the title.
