Veranda at SAM, the property's all-day dining restaurant, embraces the philosophy of Mindful Dining, serving Filipino and Western cuisine prepared through sustainable practices and GloCal sourcing, bringing together globally inspired culinary standards with locally sourced ingredients that support Filipino farmers, producers, and artisans.

Complementing Veranda is Soluna, Somerset Alabang Manila's newest dining concept.

Inspired by the fusion of Sol (sun) and Luna (moon), Soluna celebrates the seamless transition from morning to evening offering specialty coffee by day, wholesome all-day meals, and handcrafted cocktails by night.

The celebration began with the 10th Anniversary Launch, featuring a specially curated four-course dinner that highlighted locally sourced ingredients from Muntinlupa farmers and artisans while showcasing the property's commitment to sustainability.

Guests also enjoyed the 32-Hour Anniversary Stay, giving them more time to slow down, reconnect, and create meaningful memories at their Home in the South.

The Craft & Create Series brought together families, friends, and aspiring creators through hands-on workshops, including candle making, cocktail crafting, soap making, and the Little Hotelier Experience for children.

Beyond the hotel, Somerset Alabang Manila strengthened its commitment to nation-building through a meaningful partnership with the Philippine Air Force School at Fernando Air Base, providing hospitality training and educational support that empower future generations.

The Home in the South Weekend Market celebrated local entrepreneurs, artisans, and community brands in partnership with The Social Fair and Manila Walking Club, while the Venue Open House welcomed guests to discover the property's event spaces, accommodations, and culinary offerings.

The return of the Pet Community Walk brought together fur parents and their beloved companions for a morning of wellness, responsible pet ownership, and adoption advocacy.

Meanwhile, Greenversary, in partnership with Muntinlupa City's Environmental Sanitation Center, demonstrated the power of collective action by gathering 325 kilograms of recyclable materials, more than tripling last year's collection of 106 kilograms.
