Leading architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and construction professionals gathered at the Buildrite S.T.R.O.N.G. (Strengthening the Roots of the New Generation) Builders Summit 2026 on October 9, 2026, at Lanson Place, Mall of Asia, Manila, for a focused exchange on construction chemicals, materials, technologies, standards, and methodologies.

Anchored on the theme “Building Beyond the Ordinary: Smart Materials, Sustainable Solutions, and the Future of Construction,” the summit featured a carefully curated program focused on construction chemicals, material solutions, and engineering applications. The event provided industry stakeholders with relevant insights into the technologies and innovations that shaped the future of the built environment.

Delivering the keynote address was Atty. Nicasio A. Conti, Undersecretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), who brought a government and infrastructure perspective to discussions on the evolving needs and direction of the construction sector.

The full-day program featured seasoned industry practitioners and international technical experts, including Inv. Derrick A. Tan, Founder of Buildrite Construction Chemicals and President & CEO of Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc.; Ar. Ed Ramirez, Research & Development, Engineering Division, Buildrite Construction Chemicals; Mr. Tippakorn Jungsriyawongse, Field Technical Service Manager, Covestro; Mr. Lincoln Lim, Area Sales Manager for Construction Division – APAC, Imerys; Ms. Jayne Ramos, Technical Service Manager, Building & Infrastructure Polymers Asia, Wacker Chemicals South Asia Pte. Ltd.; Engr. Cedrick Candelaria, Concrete Solutions Specialist, Buildrite Construction Chemicals; Mr. Cary Zhou, Vice General Manager, Xingyi; and Mr. Ronaldo “Ronnie” Traballo, Managing Director/CEO, Bomanite SE Asia.

At the heart of the discussions was the growing role of Filipino innovation in advancing building materials and construction technology. As a Filipino-owned company at the forefront of building material innovation, Buildrite reinforced its role as an enabler for architects, engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals by bringing together Filipino ingenuity, advanced technology, and material solutions to help transform visionary concepts into world-class, globally competitive structures and infrastructure.

Through the S.T.R.O.N.G. Builders Summit, Buildrite brought together Filipino innovation, advanced material technology, and industry expertise in support of the professionals shaping the future of the built environment.
