First Lady Louise “Liza” Araneta-Marcos, Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco, and Tourism Promotions Board COO Maria Margarita Montemayor Nograles honored Filipino culture at "Pamana: A Salon Show" by famed designer Dennis Lustico. Held at the historic Goldenberg Mansion, the event paid tribute to the enduring legacy of indigenous Filipino textiles and craftsmanship.

The fashion showcase, aptly titled "Pamana" (meaning inheritance or heritage), featured 50 intricately designed pieces, spotlighting traditional weaves and fabrics from different regions of the Philippines. Each ensemble blended time-honored techniques with modern design, preserving the cultural essence while introducing it to a global audience.
The event also featured foreign dignitaries and diplomats who proudly wore Filipino garments on the runway, celebrating the nation’s artistic heritage. Proceeds from the event will benefit Fashion Aid Philippines Inc., a non-profit dedicated to fostering cultural awareness and supporting emerging Filipino artists and artisans.
