ACHIEVE Career and Business Consultancy was formed with a mission to empower people by providing them with quality training opportunities to develop their professional skills and attributes necessary for personal, technical, vocational, and professional advancement.
According to Nathan Barroga, CEO of ACHIEVE Career and Business Consultancy, the company “aims to help develop the skills of Filipinos to prepare them for all the challenges in the pursuance of their careers. This is by way of delivering Seminars, Immersions and OJT assistance to collegiate and K12 students; Team Building and Business Coaching; Academic Tours Accommodation Services; Conference Management and Events Planning & Management; and other services related to furthering the learning and experience of people.”
Nathan is degree holder of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and master’s degree in Business Administration, a Certified Hospitality Professional, an accredited TESDA Competency Assessor and a Senior Member of the Royal Institute of Hospitality Management Singapore.
Prior to the establishment of ACHIEVE Career and Business Consultancy, he was an Educator & Professor at a University in Baguio City, a hotelier in a 4-star hotel in the same city and a Business Consultant.
“Since I came from the academe and currently working in the hospitality industry, I saw the big gap from what we teach in school and what happens in real practice in the hospitality industry, so I wanted to do something to fill that gap.”
ACHIEVE stands for Advanced and Comprehensive Hospitality and Institutional Enhancement for Viable Engagement. The company envisions to be the primary choice in skills training and educational advancement for individuals, providing the most innovative and creative opportunities for skills development, job training, continuing education, personal advancement, acquisition of educational learning, and professional growth all over the country.
ACHIEVE is open for partnership with academic, corporate institutions and work-related organizations by offering Immersion Programs, Internship Programs, Hotel Seminars, Hotel Tours and other services or programs that may need support in fulfilling the requirement.
When asked of his plans for ACHIEVE, Nathan says that “i want to expand ACHIEVE by putting up a training center to handle different businesses in consultancy. I wish to add more training programs in the future like programs on sales and marketing, digital marketing program, employee training and the like.”
