In her new role, Ms. Caceres will oversee all existing properties, manage projects in the pipeline over the next 24 months, and actively participate in business development to expand AHG’s portfolio. Her responsibilities include ensuring operational excellence, leveraging technology for seamless guest experiences, and implementing robust training programs to empower staff across all properties.
Ms. Caceres’s leadership is informed by her international experience, which taught her the importance of balancing global best practices with local market flexibility. She emphasizes the development of people, operational efficiency, and scalability—principles that will guide AHG as it grows both its domestic and international presence.
Her vision for Anya Hotels and Resorts is ambitious yet grounded in accessibility, quality, and guest-focused experiences. With the recent addition of Costa Pacifica in Baler and established properties such as Anya Resort Tagaytay and Club Punta Fuego in Nasugbu, AHG aims to provide unforgettable getaways that encourage family bonding, domestic travel, and memorable experiences. Beyond these properties, the group also operates resorts in Zambales, Siargao, Isarog, and Metro Manila, ensuring a diverse portfolio that caters to both local and international travelers.
