In a grand conclusion to this year’s Fiesta de Intramuros and in honor of Philippine Creative Industries Month, the Fiesta Hispano-Filipino lit up the historic Walled City last Friday, September 27 of year 2024. The event featured a dynamic mix of song performances, traditional dances, instrumental pieces, and poetry readings, all paying tribute to the rich, intertwined heritage of Spain and the Philippines.

Miguel Utray Delgado from the Spanish Embassy, Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan, Manila Vice Mayor Yul Servo, and other distinguished guests. The Fiesta Hispano-Filipino was a vibrant culmination of the month-long festivities, a reminder of the enduring fusion of Hispanic and Filipino cultures that continues to thrive in Intramuros, the nation’s historic heart.
