Clark International Airport Earns Global Recognition for Arrival Experience

Clark International Airport (CRK) has taken its place on the world stage, named among the Best Airports at Arrivals Globally in the 2025 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Customer Experience Awards by Airports Council International (ACI) World. Only six airports worldwide received this distinction, underscoring CRK’s growing reputation as a gateway defined by efficiency, comfort, and Filipino warmth.

The ASQ program is the world’s only benchmarking system that measures passenger satisfaction in real time, surveying nearly 707,000 travelers worldwide across all hours, days, and months. The 2025 results highlight what passengers value most: clean, welcoming environments and smooth, human-centered interactions. Improvements in border and passport control were especially noted, emphasizing the role of frontline staff in easing stress at critical moments of the journey.
