Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Manila Galleria Celebrate International Women's Day & Women's Month

In celebration of International Women's Day, champions and advocates of Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Manila Galleria spearhead the kick-off program with inspiring talks from our General Manager, Barun Jolly, and Executive Assistant Manager, Gibeth Gloria. 

Throughout the years, IHG Hotels & Resorts supports and promotes an equitable, inclusive and diverse community. For 2022, the theme focuses on Breaking the Bias which calls us to imagine and create a gender-equal community, free of bias, discrimination, and stereotypes. 

Attendees of the program are reminded of several topics including IHG's Diversity and Inclusion Programs, Unconscious Bias, and the month-long set of activities that will engage all associates and deepen their perspective of this momentous celebration. 

Among the activities for the month-long celebration include a Donation Drive for iSupport The Girls Manila, Break The Bias Walk for a Cause, Lean-In Coffee Talk, Bread Making, Flower Arrangement, and Candle Making Training, IWD Talks and Seminars to promote and drive awareness with regard to Women’s Month, diversity, inclusion, and quality. The activities are not limited to women alone but are welcome to everyone’s participation.
