Living the CAPITOL-A Way: RZ's Vietnam Reward Trip

At RZ, core values are at the heart of everything they do, guiding how employees work, grow, and succeed together. Every year, the company honors individuals who best embody these values with the CAPITOL-A awards. This year, the awardees were treated to a rewarding trip to Vietnam—a celebration of hard work, passion, and dedication.

From January 12 to 16, 2025, ten outstanding individuals were recognized and rewarded for their exceptional contributions. These CAPITOL-A awardees included Gee Anne Floria (Communication), Jonathan Tabon (Alignment), Anne Clarisse Trinidaad (Professionalism), Winnie Rose Orro (Integrity), Kenneth Sarsoso (Transcending), Armando Belvis (Ownership), Rinante Conde (Leadership), Pamela Joy Lumagbas (Aruga), Ramir Lumagbas Jr., Karl Celso, and Sunshine Tubaña.
Gee Anne Floria, the awardee for Communication, shared, “The highlight was immersing myself in the local culture—exploring markets, trying authentic Vietnamese food, and meeting the locals. It reminded me of how rewarding it is to be recognized for my hard work at RZ.”
Jonathan Tabon, honored for Alignment, reflected, “My first flight was a huge highlight! I’m grateful that RZ made this possible. It showed me that anything is achievable when you follow the right systems.”
For Anne Clarisse Trinidaad, the awardee for Professionalism, the trip was a moment of realization: “It was my first international trip. It taught me that to make experiences like this happen again, I need to continue striving harder and giving my best at RZ.”
Winnie Rose Orro, recognized for Integrity, said, “The trip itself was unforgettable—new experiences, new people. And, of course, the fun moments like almost becoming part of a Vietnam adventure on the Alpine Coaster!”
Kenneth Sarsoso, honored for Transcending, fondly remembered the bonding moments: “It was great talking about dreams while sharing drinks. This trip reminded me that success isn’t just about achieving goals—it’s about enjoying life with loved ones.”
Armando Belvis, recognized for Ownership, expressed, “The trip wasn’t just a vacation—it was about being recognized for my dedication at RZ. It showed me that hard work always pays off.”
Rinante Conde, honored for Leadership, reflected, “This trip reminded me of the importance of leadership and teamwork—building relationships and growing together.”
Pamela Joy Lumagbas, the awardee for Aruga, emphasized, “When a company truly lives by its values, everyone benefits. This trip was a clear reminder that when we work together with purpose, great things happen.”
