The picturesque stretch in Impasug-ong has become a vibrant sea of pink, drawing admiration from locals and travelers alike. According to Bin Jeh-rapha Diasnes, the trees bloom only during the summer months, typically between April and May, depending on weather conditions and heat levels.

“These are called Pink Trumpet trees that only bloom April-May, depending on the level of heat,” Diasnes said.He shared that the trees were planted by the local government in 2010 and took between seven and 10 years to reach full bloom. Since then, the annual flowering has become a much-anticipated attraction in the area.

“Every year, we get to enjoy them during summer. This will draw attention from curious travelers because this majestic scene, which is very limited and seasonal, can also be found in Bukidnon,” Diasnes said.

While Bukidnon is already known for attractions such as Bukidnon Communal Ranch, Diasnes believes the blooming pink trumpet trees offer visitors a fresh and unique reason to explore the province. The brief flowering season transforms Lover’s Lane into a colorful corridor, providing a striking backdrop for sightseeing and photography before the blossoms disappear once again.
