Louise Go Flores on creating experiences that last beyond the day

In an industry where events are often defined by scale and spectacle, Louise Go Flores takes a more intentional approach. As the mind behind Stellar Events, she focuses less on production and more on creating experiences that stay with people long after they leave the room.

Her path into the industry was not planned. It began with an internship at a transformational coaching organization, where she was introduced to a different way of thinking about events. These were not just programs to attend, but spaces designed to shift perspectives. She saw people arrive uncertain and leave with a clearer sense of direction. That experience shaped how she would later approach her own work.

The shift from interest to purpose came when she planned her own destination wedding. What could have been a logistical exercise became something more personal. In bringing together details, emotion, and intention, she realized she was not just organizing an event. She was creating meaning.

Today, Louise works across a wide range of experiences. She co-produces large-scale events that reach thousands, while also designing intimate celebrations such as destination weddings, birthdays, and family milestones. Regardless of size, her focus remains the same.

What matters is not how big an event is, but what people take with them when it ends.

At some point, her role became clearer to her. She was no longer simply executing plans. She was creating impact. Every event became an opportunity to shape how people see themselves, even in subtle ways. That idea continues to guide her work, whether she is working with a packed audience or a small gathering.

Balancing this level of intention with leadership and motherhood required a shift in mindset. Louise does not view balance as an equal split of time and energy. Instead, she sees it as integration. There are periods when her focus is fully on family, and others when she steps into her role as a leader. Rather than forcing everything to fit perfectly, she allows these roles to move naturally alongside each other.

Her definition of success has also evolved. It is no longer about scale or output alone, but about alignment. For her, a fulfilling life is one where purpose and joy can exist together. It is about building a career with meaning, being present for her family, and still making space for personal aspirations.

Travel has become part of that process. It offers perspective and a break from routine, allowing her to step back and reflect. But when she needs to truly reset, she turns to something simpler. Time spent in nature, surrounded by quiet and greenery, gives her the space to pause and reconnect with herself.

At the core of Louise’s work is a belief that feels increasingly important today. Moments matter. A well-thought-out experience can shift a mindset, strengthen a relationship, or mark a turning point in someone’s life.

For those starting out, her advice i

s straightforward. Begin. Not when everything feels certain, but when you are ready to take the first step. Clarity, she believes, often comes after you start, not before.
