DDC Land, one of the country’s fastest-rising property developers, inaugurates its latest socialized housing development south of Manila, which is located in Tanza in the province of Cavite, in the presence of the company’s top officials, including local and national government leaders, and members of the diplomatic corps. The company said it is also eyeing more socialized housing developments in the country, particularly in the north Luzon area, as part of its expansion plans even while the country is still in the middle of a pandemic.
